Your complete healthcare is important to us. Family Health Center is a private, non-profit corporation which is governed by a community-based Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of members who use Family Health Center as their center for primary healthcare and who are community representatives.

Family Health Center has been serving the area since 1986, adopting the mission to provide high quality, comprehensive primary healthcare in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. Family Health Center serves all residents of Jasper, Jones, Smith, Clarke, and Wayne Counties.
