When should I start exercising after knowing I'm pregnant?
As we all may or may not know, childbirth is among the most physically stressful challenges a woman will ever take on. The best time to begin exercising is when you are planning to get pregnant. The sooner you begin exercising, the better you will feel during pregnancy. Most women make a big mistake in not starting an exercise program until about the last three months of their pregnancy, when they start childbirth classes. Exercising regularly during pregnancy will strengthen muscles needed for labor and delivery, lead to better posture, lessen some of the discomforts of pregnancy, and increase your energy levels.

When do I take the Emergency Contraception (ECP) - The Morning After Pill?
Most people call emergency contraceptive pills the "morning after pills." But you do not have to wait until the morning after to take it. You can start the pills immediately, or take it up to 3 days after you have had unprotected sex in which you did not use birth control or you think that your birth control may have failed. This therapy is effective the earlier it is initiated within the 72-hour window, but it is most effective (98%) within the first 48 hours. ECP should be considered only as an emergency option and used only infrequently, not as an ongoing method of birth control. We advise you to take the recommended pills as soon as possible after unprotected sex.

What is Infertility?
Infertility is a disease or condition of the reproductive system resulting in the inability to conceive after one year of unprotected well-timed intercourse. Infertility also includes the inability to carry a pregnancy to the delivery of a live baby. Infertility is a medical condition, not a sexual disorder.
