Overview

The Whole Body Move Dance Challenge is an entertaining way to move your body in a fun way to help you stay healthy and promote healthy lifestyle changes, especially for children. This dance challenge is a social media campaign encouraging the community to create a line dance to the popular hip hop song "Whole Body Move" produced by Mississippi's own, Palm Tree Entertainment.

So download the song below and send your creative line dance to your participating location to support Mississippians everywhere in making healthier lifestyle changes!

How to Enter the Challenge

Join the challenge by:

Like and follow Family Health Center on Facebook
Downloading the song, "Whole Body Move," and
Create your own creative line dance
Film you or a group performing your line dance to the song "Whole Body Move."
Send your video to your participating organization
Once approved, your video will be uploaded to the participating organization's Facebook and tagged to Family Health Center, Inc.
Your video will be shared on Family Health Center, Inc.'s Facebook page
Winners will be chosen based on the number of likes.

Participants will have a chance to win prizes*, go viral, and encourage Mississippi to make healthy lifestyle changes!

*Prizes are dependent on each participating organization's unique challenge.

To qualify,

Your dance must qualify as a line dance: it must be a synchronized dance where participants move in unison in rows, facing the same direction
Your dance must be to the specific "Whole Body Move" musical clip found above and below
Each person seen in the video must wear a top/shirt
Each person seen in the video must wear bottoms/shorts, pants, or tights
No sound except the "Whole Body Move" music and lyrics
Each video must be no shorter than 30 seconds and no longer than 1 minute
No more than 5 videos per organization
No nudity, undergarments, or displaying private body parts (disqualification due to these rules will be at the discretion of Family Health Center, Inc.)
