SERVICES

Our physicians provide high quality, comprehensive primary preventive healthcare services. Our physicians are assisted by highly competent clinical staff, which consists of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and other certified staff.

Utilizing the PCMH Model, FHC provides comprehensive primary care and preventive medicine for ages, 18 years and older.

Utilizing the PCMH Model, FHC provides comprehensive primary care and preventive medicine from infants to age 18.

FHC provides quality, focused obstetrical or gynecological care with an emphasis on personal needs.

WIC
Women, Infant, and Children

WIC is a supplemental food program. Foods in the WIC package provide nutrients based on your nutritional or medical needs. 

We provide dental care for adults and children.

Pharmacy

FHC Pharmacy is closed-door pharmacy, which provides prescription drugs to our health center patients only. 

Social Services

FHC's Social Services department provides  assistance with medications, specialist referral, and Medicaid applications

Behavioral Health Services

FHC Behavioral Health Program is a service that provides individual and family counseling through a qualified healthcare provider.

Allergy Testing

Utilizing the PCMH Model, FHC provides comprehensive primary care and preventive medicine from ages 5 and older.

PHRM/ISS (Perinatal High
Management/Infant Services
System)

The PHRM/ISS Program is established to help improve access to healthcare and to provide enhanced services to certain Medicaid-eligible pregnant/postpartum women and infants. 

Ryan White Program

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides a comprehensive system of care that includes primary medical care and essential support services for people living with HIV who are uninsured or underinsured. 

Family Health Center is a private, non-profit corporation 501(c)(3) which is governed by a community-based Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of members who use Family Health Center as their center for primary healthcare and who are community representatives.

 

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
